QiGong group classes are designed so you can learn practical routines and, if you choose, practise these at home in between classes. These are relaxed, informal and open environments. Generally after just 12 weeks the positive effects to your wellbeing, energy levels and body strength will be noticeable.

I also offer 3 hour Mindfulness in Movement group workshops focusing on different aspects of QiGong in accordance with the seasons, including a more in-depth look at relaxation, mindfulness and meditation practices. If the classes currently available do not suit you, please do contact me about future classes or to discuss private tuition.
All group classes and workshops are subject to a minimum of 2 people having booked onto the session.
